ALMOST everything was amazing. The light fixtures is the only issue…their the very cheapest available. However if it’s a income rental then AMAZING for sure. Love it!

I totally agree! and yes it is a rental so that is why we did not spend too much on the lighting fixtures. i think they are universally hated by everyone lol

On 11:07 what are those bumps on the ceiling at the left top? Hope you enjoy your home, well done 👍🏼
@ThinkMakeDo4 жыл бұрын
haha, how did you see those bumps! that section is where the new vaulted ceiling meets the old roof support framing that was not entirely straight. There was extra dryall mud added in that corner to help smooth over the less than straight lines created when we added the drywall. If you look to...08:17 you will see the framing around that corner. It ended up looking pretty smooth and the bumps i think were more wet drywall mud than actual bumps. more like slight wavy lines.
@user-ig6fj4ue4p4 жыл бұрын
@@ThinkMakeDo thank you so much for the explanation. I don’t know haha, i was just looking that corner i guess. But its nice to know why it was like that. Its a great work at the end 😊 Greetings from Turkey 🙋🏻♀️

Wow your work is amazing I'm so impress ! But I gotta say it could have been better with a bit of modernity (like the little bathroom with a walking shower rather that the one you did) Great job I will watch your other videos, I love renos

which is cheaper renovation or tearing the whole house down and building it again?
@ThinkMakeDo3 жыл бұрын
Hey Irene, renovation is cheaper in most cases than a tear down and rebuild. Its only worth it to rebuild if you are going to make the structure larger and add square footage.

As a renter these features are sought after. Never diminish your standards, success will follow. Hope your significant other will be just as hard working and diligent; don't get entangled with a lazy/whiny/superfluous pasha looking for a free ride. I have 4 brothers and know of what I speak.
