I'd forgotten how truly horrific it was in the beginning, and I'm amazed that you didn't bulldoze it and start over. I'd never really thought of the parallel with how our heavenly Father takes a seemingly hopeless mess of a life and turns it into a thing of beauty. You've done a good thing, sir. Generally renovations straight gayathri you just got them and do what you want but in case in case of this new buildings new builds take a take a year of planning like you have to probably leave the property make it for 12 months while you get planning if you get the planning you want it's quick to flip in renovate

I followed the series over time and am so proud of you and your family. You said you weren't going to make a fortune after selling the home, just that you wanted to save it from it's eventual doom. I do hope that the funds find a way to enrich your life for the better for you because you have earned it. Many times I heard you say, "I'm doing this because if it were my house, I would want it done." That spoke volumes to me. We had a house fire in 2016 and it destroyed a room in my downstairs apartment. I worked for 6 months to renovate the entire first floor, new plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall/plaster, flooring, and home made trim (with a router and bit set). I know the work you put into it! I also know the reward of finishing it and being able to say it's completed. Well done! Thank you for sharing these bits and pieces of your life with us.

Hey Brother Beard! I never had a doubt the house would sell even before you began. I, like you, can envision the project finished and just how I want it. Though some decisions and changes had to be made when encountered but you knew what you wanted from the start. "Great Job" is not enough to describe what you and Molly have done (and will do). God broke the mold when he made you two. Love seeing your passion for a project. It's more than skill alone to accomplish all you have done. I am truly blessed to have found your videos.
