There would be less support material needed to print it horizontally assuming it even fits on the print bed. Like others have already mentioned, it may need to be printed in several pieces to accommodate this. Additionally the rainbow pattern would not be as visually appealing printed in this orientation since the layer lines are now printing lengthwise.
