Ik begrijp het niet ... Waarom al de sortering dan het vuil eruit halen, vul het met water en doe er dan wat eruit ziet als steen erin terug. Ik kom uit de Verenigde Staten en bekijk deze feed nu al een paar maanden ... erg interessant ..

I don't understand... Why all the grading then take dirt out fill it with water then put what looks like rock back into it. I'm from the United States have been watching this feed for a couple months now.. very interesting..

Great to read that you are watching us from across the ocean! First of all sheet piles were put in the ground around the building site to excavate dirt for first 5-6m. To stabilize the sheet piles braces we’re put in at two levels after this site was filled up with water because sheet piles are not 100% watertight and to create a dry site drainage has to be installed which has some difficulties. Because of the ground water level in the surrounding area water pressure on the sheet piles is big and also drainage will cause the ground water levels to drop outside the building site which will cause problems with foundations of existing buildings near our site. After site was filled excavation was continued to about 11-12 meters deep which is finished now. In recent weeks a gravel bedrock was applied on the bottom on which a concrete slab will poured which functions as a plug to keep water out of the building site. Concrete will be poured underwater. After the curing of the concrete slab water will be pumped out of the building site. On top of the concrete slab there will be a layer of sand, because concrete layer isn’t completely flat, on which the lowest floor of the parking garage will be created.
