Christine McVie, along with Ann Wilson are the (in my opinion) GOAT female rock singers. That unique deep raspy voice "You Make Lovin' Fun", for instance,. I'm not a big Fleetwood Mac fan, but Christine's voice is UNFORGETTABLE. RIP (heaven just got better)...

That was a wonderful vignette of Christine's life. I used to play bass with Jeremy Spencer, one of the original members of Fleetwood Mac, so when they were in town, we'd meet them and hang out together. She was very friendly and kind. That's what I remember most about her.

I was blessed to have met Christine twice. Once in her solo career and once with the Mac. She let me join the after - concert party at the hotel they stayed in St. Pete. There, the band signed my program except for Stevie who stayed in her room Christine said due to being tired. It was Christine who took me up the elevator to the floor Stevie was on and took my program for her to sign. Christine truly loved her fans and was one of the nicest people in the world. I have seen the band many times in concert but the time I got to spend with her is priceless. She is missed by so many and she loved us all as much as we all loved her. I know that for a fact.

I’ll never forget the first time I saw Christine with Fleetwood Mac. It was October 23,1975 in a small student union hall at a local college. I was so unbelievably impressed by the band, but being just 17, I was obviously very taken with Christine and Stevie. That night, standing just a few yards away made me a fan of the band for life. ✌🏼😎

I watched this with mixed emotions. I was fortunate to look up when she sat across from me in a Hotel lobby in the late '90's. I didn't know who she was until about 30 minutes into our conversation. We spent about 90 minutes just talking. It ended with a hug and best wishes on both our parts. So many thoughts and so many feelings, I guess neither of us ever found the love we needed. RIP Christine

From the first time I heard her voice I just loved her natural talent. I did not know she wrote so mahy songs. Also how devoted she was. So when she would write about heartbreak it wasnt from just hearing about it. It was from her own heart these songs had come .Thanks so much. What a great band she would helm on through the years.

My first memory of Christine was when she released "When You Say" as Christine Perfect. An outstanding vocal performance and a beautiful song. The flip, "No Road Is The Right Road" was more rock and made the single a worthwhile addition to my collection. When she joined Fleetwood Mac, it is no wonder that the band did so well and became so iconic. Christine's songs were just awesome, my favourites being, "Say You Love Me" and "Everywhere". The talent Christine had was sublime. She will be dearly missed. R.I.P Christine - you were a real legend and the greatest of all time.

What an absolute unique voice she had. There will never be another like her. Songbird was absolutely Christine's, and what a rormance filled tune..... My generation is absolutely the luckiest to have grown up in the 1970's. I think great music has the most mpact on teenagers, and we had the greatest. Christine was one of the many who shined like the North star on a clear night. It's a little heart wrenching to know she's gone forever. Thanks, Christine.... I love you.

She had an enduring friendship with Stevie nicks. They would always consider each other friends because they had been through something together that only they could understand Eventually they would not be close because they were living different lives but the love and respect never died. I have a relationship like that with one of my sisters. And I accept that’s the way it is going to be and I don’t admire her any less. I don’t always hear from her during major events in my life, like when our parents are sick, but I shrug my shoulders. She was the first to Facebook me when Christine mcvie died. She was never a fan of that music but she knew what it meant to me. And I treasure that memory. Christine brought healing to my family without ever knowing it
