It’s the V chord with a 4 instead of a 3, so it’s not major or minor. You can keep playing minor, or change to harmonic minor if you want.

Sus means there is no third of the chord, so it's not major or minor. Typically the second or fourth is put in it's place. It's a chord that feels nice, but still has tension.
