In case anyone is interested in a sneak preview of my next projects and maybe giving me some feedback, here's some things I am working on: www.dropbox.co... (no need to register)
There are some piano versions of international traditional songs (Macedonia, Bosnia, Roma/Sinti, Slovenian, Hungarian) that I might do a bilateral version of and some instrumentals... I'm not sure if these will work as bilateral songs, so feedback would be appreciated... Thanks!

This is the bilateral piano version of an original song - meant to be a Reggae. Any singers out there interested in recording it with me?
Walking through the woods
Walking in the fields
Walking over muddy paths
Walking to be real
Walking to find freedom
From this busy lane
Walking in the sunlight
Walking in the rain
Opening our eyes
To see life as it is
For a short moment in time
Nothing feels amiss
And in this timeless moment
Life is simple, life is plain
Like walking in the sunlight
Or walking in the rain
Walking all alone
Through the changing light
Walking through the morning mist
Walking in the night
Walking with your memories
Walking with your tears
Following your hopes and dreams
Walking with your fears.
Opening your eyes
To realize what's been done
Does this feel like freedom
When all your ties are gone
In these timeless moments
Painful ones and sometimes bright,
you feel the cold air on your skin
When you're walking in the night.
And in this timeless moment
Life is simple, life is plain
Like walking in the sunlight
Or walking in the rain
"Bilateral Piano Meditation" features calm meditative music for bilateral brain stimulation. The use of bilateral music helps deal with stress, calm strong emotions and recurring thoughts while creating a tranquil mood and establishing and reinforcing positive thoughts and emotions. It was originally developed for treating traumatic experiences in psychotherapy (EMDR) as it supports the processing of difficult content. Bilateral music therapy is used, along other tools, to support the Brainspotting method. These albums are among the first pieces of music that introduce bilateral stimulation as an integral part of the composition itself instead of simply panning ready made music, as many previous composistions do.
So, what does bilateral stimulation do? If you're a therapist, you can use the CD to support the processing of difficult material, either as part of an EMDR session (instead of guided eye movements) or to facilitate Brainspotting. If you got this for yourself then use it to help you relax, better deal with anxiety, facilitate sleep, or use it as one part of a Psychological First Aid Strategy...
... or simply enjoy the music....
