It is very interesting how you have not aged since your first blogs, 7 years ago, Janis. I just saw your videos this August, and I find your elegant and gentle approach to fashion and health charming. I do have food restrictions as well and found your salad dressing a very good idea instead of restaurant dressings. I have found that organic sweet potatoes, either boiled or baked with salt and olive oil, are a satisfying and nutritious addition to my salads. Thank you for your lovely and positive videos!
