49 yrs here and what strikes me as a Boomer is the absence of advance technology . 2023 and these homeowners and City fathers can't Google hi tech warning systems ?. The problem as in Denver etal ( where Council makes $90,000 and lets sidewalks look like garbage but paying the bills for injuries is chump change).- is that they think they have all the solutions or worse look to other states who also still use no advanced technology . This is ridiculous. Its time for those brainiac tech grads to step in submit proposals , state of the art and affordable , that would put CO. As #1 in clean energy., clean air, well - paved streets , repaied and cleared sidewalks, etc. But what can you expect with non progressive thinkers; in Denver, why bother ? people still do business because we are popular ; the queen of the prom thing ( all these men want me )....where they can disregard the homeless in one breath and allow illegals ( with germs poor hygiene) to even enter our state. ( how Hispanics get that vote and their way ). Afterc49 years I could be Denvers Mayor or a better Council person. I'm available ..... I mean I could give developers everything they want ........ Residents uts time fir quality and spending on upgrades. Ex foodtrucks why aren't they getting low/ no cost loans to solarize their vehicles so they don't need those air piercing generators ? - why aren't mountain communities protected by those they elect ? Why are homeowners looking at newer ways ? - why does it take events to make changes ? This is simply what passes for leadership that does little. - why after a storm do plows clear streets better then sidewalks? And on and on and on.
