Supported separatism cannot be legalized if Serbia dont recognize part of own territoriy as independent, and as far as I can see, that will never happen. That's why Kosovo is currently occupied territory of Serbia under NATO troops aka protctorate. The unilaterally declared independence, which is not recognized by more than half of the world, is only a reflection of the desire of the separatists to resolve their status by force. Plans to complete the ethnic cleansing of the Serbian minority from Kosovo can very easily turn the tide. In that case, the separatists lose everything. Then you can see that this independence is a soap bubble.
