I personally believe the villa owners paid the refund because everyone wanted to sweep this under the rug. I think that is the reason why the maid, police and doctor acted the way they did. Money was exchanged on both sides, alibis we're concocted and everyone thought all was taken care of. They didn't count on the family and social media being so invested in what happened to Shanquella.

As a retired medical professional, I'll say this, I also have problems with the time frames presented by all involved. Note the position of the body. #1 She appears limp and not moving. She can not move after the injury to her neck. There will be no feelings from the neck down. They would have had to lift her up to move her since she can not control her muscles. #2, Just after death the body leaks at the orifices (openings) because there is No muscle tone. They would have had to clean up the area and also, clean her up, put on clothes, and position the body before rigor mortis occurs. #3 Blood settles in the area of the body in contact with the floor, bed etc depending on the position. This is google's definition of rigor mortis: Rigor mortis is a postmortem change resulting in the stiffening of the body muscles due to chemical changes in their myofibrils. Rigor mortis helps in estimating the time since death as well to ascertain if the body had been moved after death. Those involved in gathering information about this case, should speak directly with a forensic specialist.

I'm not a medical professional but I did read that a dead body leaks as you stated. Surely the capo6 had to of noticed that if they dressed her and moved her from room to room. I don't know but I hope they all get sent back to Mexico and have to serve time in Mexico. I also hope that poor baby girl didn't suffer or was responsive all that time to where she could see and hear everything they were doing to her. They wanted to use her but resented and hated her for having what they didn't have. Shanquella was so successful that she had THREE businesses! None of them even came close to her success, and they hated her for that - even the "men." In a video in Shanquella's store, Khalil was saying that she should "put me on the payroll." Some of them took out PPP loans and still owe the money, but Shanquella's was forgiven/paid off, because SHE made those money moves and was able to show that she had spent the loan properly. Khalil took out the same loan, and still owes it...what does that say about him?

It has been confirmed that they did not come straight back after her death. They went and checked in to two other hotels and finished the trip. They returned on their regular flight time. This means that Nazeer and Dejahnae celebrated their birthdays after her death.

Daejhanae is a medical manager. A KZbinr showed her LinkedIn when this first came out. I work in the healthcare industry I call my friends all the time running health questions by them. Which blows my mind that if this wasn't done on purpose. Daejahanae should have known not to move the body if Shanquella was just injured and not dead. Moving an injured body causes further harm or possible death. Also, Nazeer’s mom is a nurse or some type of medical professional I figured this happened in the am. 1. The family said Shanquella slept naked 2. Daejhanae looks like she has on pajamas and a bonette (I have not watched the video. Only saw screenshots) I figured they spent that time getting their stories together on what actually happened. If this didn't happen on purpose I think they got scared and stayed and practiced that story 1 million times. I believe they asked for $5K bcuz depending on the bank and what type of account you have will let you take out $5K. Possibly to fly out that day and get hotels or to pay off people. They stayed in Cabo bcuz they probably couldn't all afford a same-day flight and they wanted to make sure they all left together to make sure no one told. I believe that they went to Mrs. Robinson's house together to make sure no one told and to make sure Khalil didn't talk. He put up a post saying something like I always got your back. So, I don't believe the two girls trusted him not to breakdown in front of the mom The #Cabo6 have all been friends for a long time so I think they know each other's weaknesses and have had each other's backs before. Side note: DJ was listed on LinkedIn as a customer service representative (not an actual healthcare worker) at Blue Rhino (a propane tank exchange service company). She saw Shanquella dead, she ask what happened and they told her about the fight, and it being an accident. The Doctor then told them how the Mexican Authorities operate when an America is killed on foreign soil, she told them about the Mexican judicial system and its corruption [ If you cannot afford a good lawyer] and they don't want to be lock up in Mexico., then she told them how she could help [ For a small fee ] The group agreed but needed time to come up with the money. The Doctor then told them she would be back once they called letting her know they had the money and warned them NOT TO TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL, because the hospital would figure out the real cause of death. the Doctor instructed the Cabo 6 to put Shanquella on the bed, straighten the room so it didn't look like a fight had occurred. I also believe it was the Doctor who gave [The Cabo 6] the alibi of Alcohol poisoning, because She has been lying this whole time. A. about the IV and S.R. looking dehydrated B The real time of SR demise. C. Working on SR for 3 hrs. I think once the FBI began its investigation into this murder, more than what they expected came back. I definitely agree with your timeline! Not saying this is the case, but Lucy could have not reported the incident because she just didn’t wanted to get involved. People can be Leary about reporting crimes out of fear they will get pulled into the mix themselves. She may have realized Shanquella was already deceased ( was cold and blue) and knew calling 911 wasn’t going to actually save Shanquella at that point and just decided to mind her business. Afterall, she informed her so called friends that Shanquella may not be ok and when they probably didn’t seem genuinely concerned she probably knew something was up with that entire situation and wanted no parts of it. Reporting a dead body could potentially attach your name to murder case much longer than you would ever want to. And it could potentially even put your life and the lives of your loved ones in danger. I mean if someone can kill once they can kill again. That’s why witness protection programs were created….I remember my family member reported a simple car theft crime and he kept being subpoenaed to testify in court even though he didn’t want to. I can only imagine a murder case would be much worse

I would like to talk about the time difference between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific standard time. Eastern standard time is used for all states close to the Atlantic Ocean. I just wanted to point this out when people speak of the time differences and it can be confusing especially with the stress of losing a loved one. Also there are many factors that influences Rigor Mortis. Rigor Mortis can be sped up or detained dependent on the conditions of coolness or warmth in a room, if a person has an unknown ailment, and even weight size can be factored in. When the body’s life support organs begin to shut down and if the life’s blood can’t properly channel through due to some blockage the kidneys will begin to at first be unable to filter fluids because input and output is not receiving a signal to do their job, blood will thicken and clots may form and the veins are choked up and when the brain and other organs can’t send signal properly then the body begins to actively die as each organ shuts down and this becomes imminent the patient is not able to continue to survive then everything starts shutting down and and as rigor Mortis begins to come everything relaxed and some people will release the fluids in their kidney and bowels as well. As the body begins to lose temperature and muscles and all of life’s necessary organs will relax, the weight of the deceased becomes what is called dead weight. When the death process is finished that means Rigor Mortis is usually completed. I hope I was able to help people to understand about times in areas and the passage process. My family used to have a funeral home and I was studying to become and embalmer but my husband was in the Air Force and moving around convinced me to become an inward/ outward telephone operator. I want to say Quella was a beautiful and smart girl and had everything going for herself. I’ve been praying God help her Mother and Father to be able to do what their lovely daughter needs, to fight for whoever deprived her of her rights to go as far as she wanted to go, and I believe she would have gone to very high limits; and we all give our support. And if a medical professional told them to go with alcohol poisoning, they were either lied to about her symptoms or they were very low level medical, like bedpan level low.

I also got another way of thinking is that night when the chefs came and they were drinking someone put something in her drink after they ate or during. I’m not saying she didn’t cause any injuries or damage but I saw the first video when it first went viral. A light skinned girl came out of nowhere & body slammed Shanquella & after that she stopped moving. The video has since been deleted off social media & the video that’s being shown now is edited. At the end it shows how Daejanae beat Shanquella down to floor. But I’m telling you that was not end of the video. Daejanae takes a break by the side of the bed because she appeared exhausted from fighting, that’s when out of nowhere a light skinned girl ran up & body slammed Shanquella. After that she didn’t move & the others were telling her get up. Now I made a comment on another channel explaining the exact same details of what I saw in that video. Because the video was deleted off social media, People commented that I’m lying & looking for clout. Nothing pisses me off more than being told I’m liar. I know what the hell I saw! Others also saw the video as well on Twitter, IG, & FB. It’s good thing that the unedited video taken down because it was more traumatic than what they are showing now. If you think people are pissed off now they would be even more upset if they saw what I saw. It was so horrible that I couldn’t sleep for a week. Even though I saw that video only once & I can’t remember every single detail of that video, but one thing is clear……A light skinned girl body slammed Shanquella! I will NEVER get that image out my head….NEVER. And no one can gaslight me to make me think otherwise!

They wanted Lucie,the maid, to find Shanquella dead and used her death as an alibi. Lucie notifies her friends that something is wrong but, they convinced Lucie that she was okay, Just a hangover and she's always cold. Perhaps they gave Lucie a tip and sent her on her way. I could see Lucie leaving and going on about her business since she had work to do and thinking nothing of it. However, Shanquella may have still been alive but the damage to her neck and spine cord had already been done. Once they moved (staged dressed) her, further injuring her neck and spine, may have caused her finally go into convulsions around the 3pm time, they finally decided to called the doctors, the doctors arrive between 4:45-5:15pm (?) and Shequella dies 15 minutes later. So, does that mean they watched/saw her die on the scene or did she die in route to hospital? I'm still puzzle about Mexico's medical personnel confusion surrounding the initial cause of Shanquella's death though. They "changed" her cause of death AFTER "I love Black folks" started saying hell no once the video came out. In the long run, Black folks had to let Mexico know that Black Lives Matter too!

Frm what you're saying now it lets me knw that they didn't plan this. What they did after was dumb and rushed. They wanted to destroy her and embarrass her but I dnt think they meant to kill her. It doesn't really make it better because all the actions up until we're sadistic and they all need to be in jail.
