Great video. Just a little flaw: In Auto-timing mode, Only when the brewing is longer than 40 seconds, the timer will automatically stop when the kettle is removed (sudden weight decrease). The first 40 seconds do not count because some people have personal brewing habits such as Rao Spin or stirring with a spoon (which makes the weight change).

Timemore hq do not do aftersales service they do not sell any parts for you to do repairs, their board is a arduino copy and their weight sensor isn't of standard size, mine started drafting just after a yr I was lucky to have found same length sensor but different height did a bit of mod and recalibrate it works. TBH I would not get Timemore agn. The aftersales support sucks !

It really depends on which country you are in. As timemore does not officially do their after sales, instead they rely on their distributors

I've been using cheap scales that are maybe off by plus minus 0.3 grams with no flow rate. I'm buying the Mini since I want to use the same scale for travel, and every inch gram of weight counts!

I purchased the Basic Pro in April 2023, but it stopped working in September of the same year. The authorized reseller replaced it with the same model but with an upgraded chip in October 2023. It stopped working again a few weeks ago. I only make 1-2 espresso cups daily, the scale is always dry, and I'm not a heavy user at all. I'm quite disappointed with the product. I just ordered an MHW scale. I hope it won't have the same issue.

Hi there so sorry to hear that. Yes the pro is known for its issues I think that's why timemore discontinued it. We had the basic and basic plus and it never stopped working till now it's been 3 years. We took the returned timemore pro as we are authorized resellers too and found out that the issue had to do with the connectivity of the on off switch. So we by pass the switch and fingers crossed it's been working okay so far.

What's material it use for mini and the 2.0?

According to Timemore, the Mini version may react more sensitively to changes in the surrounding environment, which could cause the "phantom" weight issue that many users complain about on Reddit. So I think I'll go with the Basic 2.

If you don't require the small size mainly to put the scale under your espresso machine, we definitely recommend just going for the basic 2.0 it's cheaper and also more stable.

TLDR; Product lasted 5 months, customer service does not even reply. I purchased the Timemore Pro scale. Living in Germany, there is basically no customer service for this product. I would never buy Timemore again. I am posting this under every review of this product.

The place where you bought from should be getting back to you. Timemore is pretty good in replacement. Their Pro scale definitely has issues. We already have had a couple returns. I feel that that is why they discontinued the Pro series

Hi there it's a bit fidghty. It does spot counting after brewer is removed. But you'll just have to use the regular mode and that should be good
