This is a difficult question. There are various types in Hario's mill. Roughly speaking, when comparing Hario's ceramic blade mill and Timemore C2, the metal blade "C2" has excellent sharpness. The taste of coffee will be clearer. However, the good thing about ceramic blades is that many models can be washed with water. Stainless steel blades such as C2 cannot be washed with water. There is a difference in price, but I have the impression that C2 is superior.

Espresso is possible but time consuming.

It would be better to upgrade to a better grinder such as the 1zpresso JX Pro (off their website). It has finer adjustments and a more stable axis. Espresso is doable with the Timemore C2 and regular 1zpresso JX , but it's much harder to dial in with the larger grind steps. Timemore just released an expensive grinder (Timemore X). It's larger, has a new burr, has finer numbered steps, and more stable axis over the (c2). 1zpresso and Timemore even have versions with titanium coated burrs. You can get the C2 pretty cheap off aliexpress if you dont mind the wait.
