THANK YOU. I've been using a janky system for YEARS to get a "Pass-through-enemies-under-a-time-limit" Spell to work right. I ended up putting an end timer IN EVERY SINGLE MAP just to get it somewhat passable, but you just made my game WAY more tidy. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Very nice upgrade for something often overlooked and underused because of it's static nature. xD This adds a lot of possibilities and I will definitely make use of this in Tales of the Lumminai since there are quite a few timed events such as bounty hunts and stuff heh. Nice work SRD!

I just realized you can add time in dynamic amounts because the plugin command accepts game variables XD that's even more awesome for mini-games

Amazing plugin! Lot's of pretty good customization. What do you think about storing the time in a variable to keep track of best timming, for example, beating your previous time record or getting extra rewards if you finish a quest in under X time.

How do I make the counter disappear once it reaches 0? because in my case I use the set timer command but once it reaches 0 the timer does not disappear but stays in 0: 0: 0: 0

1) The timer triggers the expire common event immediately. 2) The timer does not automatically disappear when SetTimer is set to zero (0).. Nice script though, thanks!

Issue of non-disappearing timer disappears when plugin command Settimer 1 0 0 0 is used. First issue was a fault on my end.

HAI You know what would be cool af? Have multiple timers!!!!! And reference them by a nickname (or ID but nicknames are more useful tbh) (and make each timer have its own set of properties, so the ones set in the parameters are the "defaults") Okay, so I'm not gonna get into too many details to why this can be useful, but basically this can boost even making a whole lot. Let's say I want to make a multiple events that activate timers, then I can make those events "continue" even if I change maps. Also, if you do this, it'd be cool to be able to access vars such as "current time", "start time" and "spent time" This can be useful if say I make some events that get closer and closer to me depending on the timer, or to make it so the camera gets more shaky, or the events start activating because things are getting lit. I guarantee that if you add this and the ability to have timers running in the background, a LOT more people will start using them as it is a lot more useful. (Oh, last request, totally not mandatory, if you could make it so it runs a javascript code, it could be cool (like, on timer end, change self switch/switch/variables). That's pretty useful if I want to react to the end of the timer without getting out of my event, or if I want to make my event react to it (I mean those *are* possible, but it would be a lot easier to do it directly instead ) KTHXBYE

well is there plugin commands that allows you to run un event at any time for example when timer reach 1:00 you show text "you have one minute left" ?

you can create a parallel process event with either a) a conditional branch set to 1 minute in the timer or set a parallel or b) a variable that is refreshed with the timer info, then checked by a conditional branch (this one has more options)

RPG Maker MV's language is Javascript. Javascript is a widely known language and you can find a lot of documentation on the Internet, there are courses on schools and online, many of them free.

There's a website that actually has some really good lessons on programming through any of the code languages. I have it bookmarked somewhere. I'll look that up if you're curious about checking it out. Most RM developers who want to do everything tend to look into this particular site.

Not sure if Ruby is on there, but C++, HTML, and Java sure are. I think this is the one where I learned some of the java I know. www.w3schools.com/ It's also one of the top recommended by MV developers, so should be the right one. idk if it covers many other languages but the above should be on there for sure.

That means the music file in SE folder you set for that timer consequence was missing. Use another one.

Well at some point the camera's off and you can't see the bag of oreos. I think he used 2 hands. I tried one day to do a filmed unboxing because memes and it was hard af my boi.
