We already know most of Batman's Rogues escaped Arkham 15 billion times and attack innocents over and over. Half of them consider this fun. In most stories they get sad if Batman gets defeated. Because Rogues (and Joker) is like; "who will challenge us now?"

Would’ve included Joker from Arkham City when he was poisoned by TITAN, with Batman himself admitting and my favourite Line of the Late Legend himself, Kevin Conroy saying: “You wanna Know something Funny? Even after everything you Would’ve done, I would have saved you.” That guilt continues to haunt him into Arkham Knight as well.

I don’t think this one counts as Batman failing to save a villain but he has failed to save Jason Todd from dying at the hands of the Joker. Yes Jason is brought back to life but Batman does regret not saving him from being killed by the Joker

Jason is definitely not a villain. At his darkest Red Hood was an anti-hero. At the end of the day Jason was still trying to do good, just in a messed up way.

Well there has been versions where the only person batman killed intentionally was ra's and in some versions that's why he vowed not to kill

Isnt Mr Freeze still evil in stories when he saves Nora? He either teams up with her to attack Gotham. Or he has mood swings if someone provokes or teases him. He isnt a "nice person."

Batman also failed to save Two Face in the animated series. Visually he was still Harvey Dent at the time but his alter ego had been there for years, the explosion and disfigurement just solidified his presence from then on.

I don't know what world you live in where killing other human beings with little sense of remorse isnt considered evil. Evil people in prison killed lots of people in the name of a loved one. Thats what "evil" is. People do whatever to get their way even at the expense of others. Mr Freeze by all means is evil

@@Dovah_Slayermost Gotham criminals are already rich and just do evil acts for the sake of being evil. This is due to the Gotham City curse which according to comics: attracts evil to the city. Riddler, Bane, Catwoman are going to do what they find fun. Harley Quinn can join the good team only if you keep her from being bored. Else most gotham criminals are evil for the sake of being evil.

You should have added Arkham joker in Batman Arkham city because Batman would've saved the joker. Batman didn't kill the joker, he killed himself. In the end Batman Arkham city joker stabbed Batman effectively Batman drops the cure on accident and then the joker dies. The thing you missed when joker mentioned the cure from Arkham city in Arkham Knight when joker tells Batman he wouldn't give him even though he told him he could've shared, that was Batmans guilt taking not joker even though joker affected him in Arkham city. In Batman Arkham Knight joker was a hallucination to Batman so that means Batman has guilt for not saving joker.

I don't agree with those villain's being off the earth, makes an earth a better place. Batman's entire philosophy is against it, people can be reformed. Freeze is most close name in the list, being portraited as bad guy with good intentions on many takes and universe - ultimately depends on writer but on most scenarios he's just redeemable. The most recent examples I could give; Clayface and Harley Quinn reformed, and even joined the Batfamily to fight with crime. Before they reformed, many can say both deserve death, but now they are definitely earned their places. A writer of course can reverse the situation anytime, thanks to the oversaturated market of comic books, but it's what it is.
