My sister and I had the GREATEST PLEASURE of seeing & hearing her @ The Ford Amptheater on the boardwalk @ Coney Island @ a Motown Solid Gold Concert. Just as with the other Motown Artists & Acts @ The Concert, she had lost nothing in her voice, and could sing just as well as Diana, if not better! Also, she later appeared at a concert theater in Staten Island, NY w/ Martha Reeves. But I decided not to go, since I had already seen & heard them in the previous concert, and I would've been getting home very late from the concert, since I lived in E. Elmhurst at the time. Mary & Flo, I miss you both and rest in Heavenly peace! And enjoy your stay in Heaven, you've both earned it! 😀😃😄

I'm glad I didn't see the footage of Diana shoving Mary to the side @ the 25th Anniversary Motown Concert! It would've made me very furious! Is it any wonder that Mary, Cindy Birdsong & Jean Terrel were didn't want to join Diana for her "Baby Love" Concert later on @ Madison Square Garden?! And at the price of a ticket of $75.00 each?! Forget it! TJ Lubinsky once mentioned on one of his "My Music" Shows on Channel 13 or 21, that he wanted to try sometime to get Diana, Mary & Cindy together for a Concert Performance. eduardo basuino I believe the point was being a friend and Mary Wilson Was basically the Lead singer after Jean Terrell left in the 70s she just wasn't a star hogger , and she shared leads but be truthful if Mary wanted to... she actually had the upper hand , she could of have promoted herself and use the Supremes just as Berry did with Diana to make her stand out more ... but she didn’t, she shared equal leads with the rest of the girls .. but then it was no doubt she was the lead singer after jean left ... all the questions during interviews went to Mary... Gordy had pretty much wash his hands of the Supremes because kf his big ego...when people called to book the Supremes ...if it had nothing to do with contract booking through motown, they okayed it with Mary first ... like i said , she had the upper hand and say so of the Supremes by 73 she could have use the Supremes to debut her has a solo act ... but she didn’t

I recently watched the video, "The Girl Groups: the Story of A Sound, and it was based on the book by Alan Betrock. In the video, Mary Wilson said, in jest of course, that she felt like "spanking Diana", because Diana considered her "The sexy one in the group!" But there's a grain of truth to that! While my sister and I considered all the members of The Supremes pretty, Diana, Flo, Cindy, and later Jean Terrel, etc. We both considered Mary the prettiest one in the group! The only members of The Supremes that are still living are, Diana, Cindy Birdsong (whom now is a minister in her church-good for her!) & Jean Terrel. I looked it up on Google and discovered there were many other members of the Group before their breakup in circa 1973 or 1974. If Diana, Cindy & Jean ever reunite on stage, your guess is as good as mine!?😃😄
