6:24 - My own sister follows the motto "Pictures first, rescue later!". Some 10 years ago, we were on a short hiking trip in the California Sierra. At one point, we had to cross a fast moving stream. My sister got across just fine, but I slipped and fell in the water with my backpack. I started to be washed downstream. But before my sister could help me out of the water, she had to take some pictures of me sliding away.

There is (used to be) a road sign here in Ireland, that pointed towards the 'Inane Roundabout'. Inane is a townland in Co Tipperary. Unfortunately, Inane also means silly. So the sign points to a silly roundabout.

Of the "I started out with nothing" sign, a radio program circa 1910 mentioned "He was born with nothing and he's been losing ground ever since." Of the "no dogs beyond this point", when I was a teenager in my home town in the countryside, I passed by a sign telling of "low-flying aircraft". Perched atop the sign was a small owl. Of the "Testicle Festival", I have a fridge magnet of it which has a snorting bull (steer) and the rest of the caption reads "I had a ball!.

@@musicloverme-hj2sr It has been perhaps 30 years since I heard it. It was on some old audio cassette like Abbott and Costello or The Lone Ranger or some such; I don't recall. I had worked in Yellowstone National Park as a security guard between 1985-1993 and collected 4 or 5 dozen of these cassettes from the Hamilton Stores there near Lake Hotel. This particular comment was a commercial from one of these cassettes. The program recorded on the cassette dated from this era. The cassettes themselves were from approximately the 70's. As you can perhaps imagine, I have not saved most of the five hundred+ cassettes that I had collected between 1972 to 1995. As such, I no longer have it and cannot remember from which cassette it came.

@@jimmyday9536 Hmm....I was unaware of that. As I said above on my comment about the cassette, it came as a commercial from some kind of old program like the Lone Ranger or the Marx Brothers. It had the crusty, broken, crackly sound of the old wax (?) cylinders. Dad picked up a copy of Little Bo Peep and Grandma's Lye Soap years ago. The guy had it on cylinder and I recorded via air. (Everyone had to be ultra quiet in the room as the cassette was recording.) I think that cylinder dated 1933 and had the same old crackly sound as this commercial. I still have that copy. I believe the comment above "he was born..." came from something like that, but, as I say, the cassette copy I had dated ~1970-ish. I haven't had that cassette since the mid 90's which was the last I heard that joke.

The one at 13:26 (a sign that says "PULLSH" on a door) brings to mind an incident I witnessed in a bar years ago. A drunk was trying to open a door to get from one section of the bar to another. He pushed on the door and it wouldn't open. So he pushed harder and harder until he ripped the door frame right out of the wall. The door was leaning out of the wall at about a 70° angle from the floor (instead of the 90° it was at originally). It never occurred to the drunk to try pulling the door open instead of pushing it. I saw one of the bouncers, obviously upset, having a few words with the drunk.

4:03 - I know exactly where the basic photo was taken before manipulation: Just outside Beatty, Nevada on the way towards Death Valley. That is the exact scenery. In reality, there IS a single 'Senior Center' sign there. I should have taken a picture the last time I was through there.
