I’m no expert on religion (any) or God! But, gimmicks like this absolutely put doubts in my average mind. On one hand, she is Sukhwinder KAUR (a Sikh), on the other Radhe Maa (a name mostly poised towards Hinduism); but here’s the most bizarre aspect of this ”woman”, where I see her in skirts dancing around like a lunatic, carrying a Trishul (a symbol associated with Lord Shiva, and Shakti), carrying a flower like Mata Lakshmi, and if that wasn’t enough, this woman (human or Godly) does not wanna set foot on earth!!!!! She is being carried around on chariots, arms and shoulders of ’humans’,, who thereon lead her to one of the most luxurious cars of today, The Jaguar (custom built)….. Hate me people, but what kinda farce is this? There is NO debate! She is another fake, a vulture, it is her who is stomping upon religious beliefs of people. Well done, Arnab Goswami! I don’t know why the Indian public and the media are getting so hysterical against Hindu “Godwoman”, Radhe Maa! I think Radhe Maa is a remarkable woman. No come to think of it. She is a Hindu “Godwoman” (now whatever that means) who has no issue what so ever, with wearing opulent dresses (including on one occasion, a shocking red mini skirt and boots), expensive jewelry and designer sunglasses, putting on flamboyant makeup (blood red lipstick and the red mark on her forehead), styling her hair, dancing, pirouetting and prancing to Bollywood numbers, riding on a Jaguar and being lifted and carried around by her devotees in their arms. Now it does take courage and a truly free spirit to do that. And she has done it all, in public eye - that is simply how she is, it is her free will and there is no hypocrisy or double standards about her on this. And clearly, there are many who love her genuinely, for what she is. Surely, not everyone who believes in her is a moron. And I am sorry, if someone is so judgmental as to comment that Radhe Maa's followers “lust for her” when they pick her up and no “self respecting Indian woman” should allow that, it only betrays perversion and lust in the eyes of the commentator and not on the follower. Also I don't see why anyone should have any objection to Radhe Maa allowing her followers to kiss her. Many Hindus do have a direct, spontaneous, joyous and loving relationship between themselves and their God(s) and gurus. Now, if Radhe Maa has indeed committed a crime (she is charged with dowry harassment, a serious crime as per Indian law), the police are on the case, thy have already interrogated her twice and will do so again if needed, they will complete their investigation, the learned Indian court of law will consider the evidence and decide if she is guilty or not. And I wonder why Arnab has to scream on the top of his voice, as much as I wonder, if he is listening to anyone else other than himself. I don’t see why the types of Arnab Goswami, Ashok Pandit, Falguni Brahmabhatt and Rishi Kapoor (in another show) and many so called liberals and rationalists should be so virulently opposed to her and go for her blood. Is it that it goes against the very grain of the archaic notion many Indian men and women overtly and covertly hold on how an Indian / Hindu woman (or “Godwoman”) should present and conduct herself? In effect, Radhe Ma has broken all norms of what is traditionally expected out of a “Godwoman”. In that sense, she is a true trend setter, a trailblazer among the long line of “Godwomen” India continues to churn out over the ages. She is “Godwoman”, entirely on her own terms and equally importantly - she is totally apologetic about it! I simply love her free spirit! Clarification: I think one should be able to take a detached view of things and try and see things from as many angles as possible.If Radhe Maa has committed any crime, she should and will face the consequences as per the law of the land. But can anyone deny her spirit and the fact that she is very different? When people are different from the norm, we tend to judge them more harshly (as has been the case with Radhe Maa) and I think that is very unfair. My comment is aimed at challenging this unfairness.

Over time there have been individuals who have done their thing and got a massive following. Elvis, Beetles, MJ, Gandhi, Sai baba, Ram Dev ji, Sri Sri, Paramhansa, Anna, Kejri, Modi, MGR, Indira Gandhi, Asa Ramji and a 1001 more. By what they do practice and share with people there is a following. Religious, political, leadership, dance, music, acting, spiritual, yoga and other many skills faith etc where different sections of people see and correlate with see an opportunity to get their aspirations met or fulfilled. The following grows and surrounding people and sometimes the leaders themselves make mistakes or exploit wrong way and that is when people wake up and take a view of happenings. Wrong is questioned and right is appreciated the meida must bring fact out and not hear say. Arnab must do prework, homework better and stop the hyper active leading nowhere debate. People who can do understand happenings and who cannot should not be fed with more confused input similar to this in various channels. Dangerous!
