Aside from the pointlessly snide comment, it's also completely wrong. The West Indies *won* the first two ODI World Cups, then lost the 3rd. NZ have played in two(one after the other, and recently), and if not for an umpire mistake and incredibly bad luck, would've won one - albeit they still shouldn't have let England win. Meanwhile Pakistan has also played in 2, and South Africa...0. The only other teams to even win more than once are the juggernauts of India & Australia(who have won basically half of the WCs), and there's only been 13 final matches - with Australia in 7 of those. That NZ has even made the finals, let alone twice, is is a significant achievement. At best, it's the 3rd most played sport in a country whose population would be a (medium to large)single city size for their competitors. Even the USA has more than twice as many registered cricket players as NZ.
