"TimeSplitters" - Animated Movie Trailer

I feel it is worth mentioning that while I was waiting for this to publish, I was blasting Elvis impersonators in a nightclub as a giant Tommy Gun-wielding duck.
And that was what made this series so great.
I was sorely disappointed (raging bonkers, actually) when Crytek announced that they had basically scrapped the fourth installment.

Dude, this is so awesome... how does this not have anymore views?! Did you hear the news? THQ Nordic has acquired the rights to TimeSplitters and said they have *PLANS* for the franchise! TimeSplitters 4? An HD Remastering of the Original Trilogy? I think the latter should be done first so we have these beloved classics on modern systems so these treasures of the past are properly preserved.

Crytek had to scrap it because they were pretty much going bankrupt. I still wish that they would continue it. Hell some people would even settle for an unoffical remaster of the three games. I just hope rewind can live up to the expactations of the franchise's fandom.
