A lot of useful information, a lot if things I didn't know about Lenny, and I understand that covering so many topics in so little time and with someone like Lenny who can go deep so to speak on any topic he's interested in must be hard and the interviewer has to know when to cut him and move on, or otherwise the interview is going to be monothematic, and that's what interviewers are there for actually, but in my opinion, the interviewer was not handling anything well. Just interrupting mid sentence on any point that Lenny was trying to make and leaving pretty much every question unanswered cause he would stop Lenny and move on to another topic. Great to see Lenny talking about his passion for design, but once again IN MY OPINION, the interviewer is a good designer, but a bad interviewer. Also, the point of interviewing somebody is to know the person and what he thinks etc, not spending more than half the time the interviewer talking and talking and talking about what HE thinks about Lenny. Even if he's a designer too. They could've done that over a cup of coffee somewhere else. The topic was Lenny, not the interviewer's thoughts about Lenny and how much the interviewer also knows about the topic.
