And another friendly advice, get a kiss cut tool for paper cutting, DE is pretty much the worst one of them. HD is great for thicker paper and pretty much anything with wrinkles as blade is large and glides over - DE has the biggest chance to rip paper off vacuum and just damage

the trick to flattening out roll stock (at least on a Zund table) is the cycle the vacuum in between suck and blow to get the paper to flatten out without fighting the wrinkles. 99.9% of the time a single cycle will flatten out the wrinkles, once in a blue moon it'd take two -but it beats messing around with trying wipe out with your hands.

I'll give that a try, thank you!

I don't know what I'd do without the summa. It's a great tool for the shop.

Have you tried Rapid Remover To get rid of residue. It's great stuff to get rid of adhesive residue. It's awesome and we use it all the time at our shop. 💪💪💪

hi there, t, how long does your double blade last?.... we use High frecuency cut for that kind of cuts, by the way love youy vids!

It depends on the material. If I'm just cutting stickers it lasts forever. I have a job cutting squares in security film and it only lases a few rolls.

If the paper bubbles up like that, and the set up is seemingly time consuming, and these aren't even edge to edge prints why not just use a smaller media, like 24" or 36" roll, and just have the printer cut it. Wouldn't it have just printed, cut, printed, cut, without all the extra work and set up?

How much is this?

Great Video as always. When I first saw this machine I wasn't 100% convinced but it's looking like it might be perfect for a shop like ours, what is the rough base price for one of these? Just a ball park figure. Thanks
@ttms3 жыл бұрын
I like it because it can do so many different things. Garrett can get you a firm price based on the tools you want, but you're looking around $65000

How much does the machine Cost? "approximate" I need one

Depends on the attachments and size you want. This one was $60,000 ish
