You can do that by modding the game's files. I forgot how to do it myself, but you should look up Modding Genesis. They'll help you out.

My Fraps doesn't record the actual game sounds, so I had to resort to using music. If I could record the actual game sounds, I'd use them, ofcourse, with some music in the background.

How I did what? Let the large carnivores chase the car? They do it by themselves. Just drive the car close enough and it will cause them to panic and chase you.
