I am glad to hear about that. Timex puts these on the backs quite often. Other brands do not.

Ugh! I just got through replacing a CR2016 cell battery on my sister's Timex watch, and what a hassle! What a cheaply made watch! I mean, the battery would not even stay in place as I had to manually hold the battery while I snapped the back cover back in. It was only amazing that the watch even worked afterwards. Well, she did pick that watch up at some yard sale, and I could certainly see why.

Once the metal holder inside becomes loose it is quite hard to put the battery in and you can easily damage the movement. I know what you are saying.

Thank you. Make sure that everything has contact the right way, sometimes you might need to clean the watch. Also, make sure you have the right battery type.

The safest way is to do it with a pair of tweezers.

Why my indiglo off? Is i need change a battery?

That can be a cause. Sometimes dirt can actually obturate the crown and the Inidglo will not work until you clean it. Also, someone these functions die and no longer work.

Mine has an arm holding the battery in place. How do I take that off

I believe it should have a screw or more that hold it in place. Let me know if that helps.

Yep, first get the right tools before you attempt this. Watch case knife, tweezers, batteries, and watch press. These things are very cheap online and you can replace watch batteries for all your friends/family with these tools. Next make a tutorial on how to set the correct date and time for watches after replacing battery.
