🌅 🌅 Fin and Tim, What a beautiful country Iceland is! I love your eloquent description of the puffins and your reaction to the pufflings! I am concerned about how close the tour boats get to the whales and the dolphins, and invade their natural habitats. My family and I immigrated from West Germany to the United States in 1962. Our small dark gray old propeller driven immigration airplane from Hamburg stopped in Reykjavik (cold temps) for refueling and then headed toward Idlewild International Airport in New York. We stayed overnight in New York City, and the next morning took a Greyhound bus to Lansing, and we became Midwesterners and Michiganians/Michiganders. Tim and Fin, thank you for being Amazing human beings who share with all of us this Amazing world and planet that we share together. Anh Lê California

So epic! Out of all the places you've traveled, do you have a favorite? With your love for whale watching, have you thought of visiting Tonga at some point? They do whale swims and it is hands down the best whale experience ever! You are in a much smaller boat. Our group only had 8 people, so it is nice, small and intimate. Being in a small boat makes you feel right next to the whales. Swimming with the whales is incredible. We had a baby that was super playful. Highly recommended it!

Hello from Phoenix, AZ! My husband and I are planning a 12 day trip to Iceland over Labor Day weekend. We'll be renting a 4X4 and driving around the island on and off the Ring Road. I've been loving your fun and informative VLOGs here on KZbin. So engaging and inspiring. Some of this is due to the beautiful and jaw dropping drone footage you share. My husband is the photographer in the family. We currently owns a 4 year old DJI Mavic Air. He is considering purchasing a new drone for our trip. Hoping the new drone will have access to more features and be easier to use. We don't want to extend our visits to the exciting destinations due to a complicated drone set up and operation. Which drone do you use? Would you recommend it? What model or features would you find a must in a drone? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

You can reach the arctic circle on the Dempster Hwy from Dawson City, Yukon to Inuvik, NWT, Canada, and keep going on the new road built in 2017 from Inuvik to Tuktoyuktuk on the Arctic Ocean. They have a new campground built there.

A couple of things about the Arctic Circle: 1) It's not at exactly 66 degrees. It is dependent upon the tilt of the Earth so that it actually MOVES a few feet per year. It is currently moving north and will "soon" be north of Grimsey altogether. 2) The reason they made the marker a stone sphere is so that they can move it relatively easily as the Arctic Circle it self moves.
