The 48 dredge isn't efficient with bullets, but it is insanely powerful. I was on round 30 on Nach with no papped weapons because I downed and lost the one I used my crate power on. I had a 48 dredge, and it did so much damage, it carried me through 3 or 4 more rounds before I got cornered and molested by all the zombies.
