I do laugh when I catch myself doing the "heartburn" to "mufassa" but you know, I feel the spirit laughing with us ...as long as we don't let it steal our worship...we can laugh and enjoy worship...God knows our hearts and laughter is great medicine. Hugz!

Hilariously accurate. I remember taking my Southern Baptist Mother to my Non Denominational Church, and she visited a couple of times. Nothing the first Sunday, second Sunday, palms up about waist high(on her waist). 😂

Where does the BIBLE say God is a funny God? We need to be cautious giving attributes to God that are not mentioned in the bible simply because we like them. God may be a funny God, and he may not be. Either way, He is still God.

I would take an old Baptist Minister friend of mine to Gaither Concerts when they would come to town. He told me an interesting thing. He said you can tell the Baptist from the Charismatics because the Baptists only raise one hand. As the concert was going. I caught myself looking at the crowd more than I was looking at Bill and Gloria to see where the Baptists were setting.
