The way his left hand moves on the fret is unbelievable tbh. People usually say that the first 10 years of guitar is mastering left hand and then the rest is right hand, and even tho he's doing incredible stuff with his right hand, i don't think i could ever be that precise with my left hand doing the insane amount of stuff he's doing with the speed his doing it.

Funny, when I was watching Cobra Kai and this came on. I was thinking this is very Polyphia/Henson esque. Now I see why. Thanks! Keep up the good work

The technique is beyond normal or average. He was picking while using the fingers to pluck and strum the strings. The chords and scales and arpeggios are amazing. Truly a professional musician. Glad I got to see him and the band (Polyphia) live in a OC club before they really took flight. GOd bless.

I think it's called hybrid picking, Tim does such an awesome job at incorporating different technique into his playing.
