Stories(good newz) lyk dis never made it to d media it. Nigerians r d best top-most educated in USA n UK, far better than any classified groups. Here in d US 60% r Nigerian graduates, American whites r 30%. Recently (May 10th 2016) 96 Doctor of pharmacy(MD) grads in Howard' University 43 of them r Nigerians. I initially found it in a real estate development in KZbin with pictures of Nigerian mansions and it felt so perfect what a great nation Nigeria could be. The nation's talent is unrivalled in Africa and globally but needs to be nurtured. This song should win a Grammy and replace the national anthem.

BasseyHuios Eyo The song sounds great but the video has some lapses if you look at it critically. First it's a song about Nigeria but I see flashes of some white in the TV in 2:49 (maybe Laura Shaw or one of those colonial people) .Also, the orchestra setting does not really fit the song (sound), the choristers can be seen mouthing the song 3:36 but you don't hear them in the sound, also we have like ten violins playing but I can't even pick one distinctly in the sounds until 4:24; then when the background choir finally comes up in the sound, I hear about 3 to four ladies/autos backing and the video shows a complete choir. The video is not just good enough for the song, which is great by the way.
@EasyyokeFilms9 жыл бұрын
+Gistfrom Niaja Let me reply you one after the other..... The Video is as best as it can get. You cant do half of what the cinematographer (Clarence Peters) did on the video. Now to reply your critics one after the other. 1. Flashes of white people at 2.49 indicates when we were colonized as Nigerians and now that we are free, the flashes is telling us to remember our history as people who were once slaves and now free. We shouldn't live as slaves again. 2. Your comment on 3.36.... The video is not a live performance, it is a music video. Music videos are mimed, not sang. "You don;t hear them in the sound - that is why it is called a music video. Rules are broken. Sometimes according to the rule of creativity for music videos, what you hear shouldn;t even be what you see (You won't understand that - only cinematographers do). 3. We have ten violins playing, you cant pick one distintly, you must either be playing the song with your phone's speaker or your PC's speaker. Use a good headset, you will hear clearly. And it looks like you got things all mixed up..... YOu are probably thinking the video is a live performance, it isnt. You hear? So before you jump to criticize stuffs like an expert or film critic, make your research and background study well. That is what film critics do before they open their mouth wide to criticize any film. So in summary, THIS IS A MUSIC VIDEO not a LIVE PERFORMANCE. Let that sink in like a seasoning into your tinking. ok, let me stop writing. I have other things to do.

This is such an inspiring song. It is Saturday 17th October 2020 as I write. There are peaceful demonstrations going on in Nigeria at the moment. The Youth of Nigeria (The Future of Nigeria) wish to have a more progressive nation; a nation anchored on equality, fairness, justice and inclusion. They are asking for these because it is possible to achieve this kind of condition in Nigeria. May a new leadership sprout this year in Nigeria. A leadership driven by the youth for all Nigerians. I believe in Nigeria and its brightful present and future. Pro Unitate.

I came here once again this morning so I could cry my heart out. Am so tired right now. Buhari's last evening insensitive national address is killing me. My heart bleeds. #Endsar #Endimpunity, #Endbloodspill, #Endbadgovernance. Save Nigeria now. Bring peace and unity.

I truly believe that the genuine greatness of this beloved nation of mine, Nigeria is about to breakforth!!! I believe that Heaven is about to kiss the earth on behalf of Nigeria. I am committed to doing all that I can to be part of this birthing process of a new Nigeria. I refuse to lose hope in the face if daunting challenges and seeming impossibilities but rather I hold on tenaciously to the promise of a significantly better tomorrow which is hinged on the right seeds that we are planting today...seeds of equity, justice and fairness...seeds of investment, growth and industrialization...seeds of right doing and the fear of God...seeds of accountability and enabling creativity........... keep walking the Pathway of Champions...awesome song AU
