Agree with Chris about Ground Zero. Also HopHead has some lovely stuff. You can find decent craft beer at specialty bars & shops in the big cities - Bucharest, Cluj, Brasov, Sibiu. But almost everywhere you're stuck with pale lagers or dark sweet lagers, whose only virtue is that they are incredibly cheap.

Romania definitely gets into the 30s in the summer. But yeah there is a craft scene, fairly small but rapidly growing, but producing much better stuff than these macro lagers. See if you can get your hands on anything by Ground Zero, Bereta, Hop Hooligans - they're the big three but almost impossible to get in the UK so hopefully you know someone in that region of the world who can help you out. Check them out on Ratebeer/Untappd, they've all got decent beers.

Mikkeler has a bar in Bucharest now. I was there in 2008 Ursus make better beers than that or used to.

This is an awful beer, and not a craft one, don't know who sent it to you but there are no Timisoareanas at 400 in Romania as far as I know. Craft scene is really good.
