Timi, you are 100% correct. My challenge is a question to the Nigeria Police. Is it that they were not taught all these rudiments of civil and criminal cases and which can/should lead to arrest (in their police colleges) OR they simply choose to ignore because of bribery and corruption? It is a big shame and they keep disgracing themselves repeatedly. Good job and kudos to you for all that you do in public enlightenment and all of that. More power to your elbow.

Portable was irresponsible by not paying his debt or making arrangement to pay small,small with his creditor , he just behaved uncivilized by jumping the fence when police arrested him unjustly/primitively.He would have won big against the police if he had behaved a bit civilzed.
