This was just a little while ago before the pandemic, but it was nice to be able to get back to doing activities with some friends, especially if the activity involves visiting a buffet. We decided to go for a drive in Dave's Tesla and headed up to our local mountain, Whistler. It was a great drive to the mountain, and awaiting us at the top of Whistler was a fantastic buffet. Prime Rib, Seafood, and all the good eats one can wish for, and it was made even more pleasant when connecting with good friends.

My mother grew up in a Brooklyn [N.Y] Irish family where butter was considered a required, separate vegetable.
