53:09 block #6, 55:58 block #7 that were not counted and should have been. They happened just a couple minutes apart in the same quarter. Let it be known, Tim Duncan recorded a quadrouple double in the NBA finals!!

That is a real shame because I just saw some weird clip that the only quadruple doubles recorded were in the women's League. If this had actually been recorded then we wouldn't have to have these silly people telling us about women's basketball.

This is one of the greatest finals performances in the history of sports. Every single time the Spurs were down and needed a boost Tim Duncan pulled them back into it both offensively and defensively. His big hand prints are on every spurs run. Even his rebounds were amazing, most contested by Jefferson who was a ridiculous athlete

Those Spurs were unbelievable in what they achieved: a starting 5 of a totally inexperienced Tony Parker, Bruce Bowen, Stephen Jackson, 40yo David Robinson to go with the star Tim Duncan. Getting past the Lakers and winning the title here with that lineup is quite remarkable.

Kidd had enough to win a chip. They weren't big names but they were solid guys who worked cohesively together. Them making the finals 2 years in a row is an accomplishment they should be given credit for but I think the real problem was Jason Kidd is not built to be the #1 guy. You need a scorer who can take over in tight games and that just wasn't his game , You cant possibly look at this game and wonder what if KIdd shot more in the 4th where he was the only one making shots for new jersey.
