- Fatigued just means you get less from scavenging if you send out that specific character. Also, it's obtained through the character being in the shelter for 20+ days. - Timmy is the best person (He was a boy scout) to scavenge, followed by Delores. - If you send someone out with playing cards, there's a potential trade event for food or water. - Cockroaches only make you sick. You want spiders.

the boy scout book is goated. it can be used to FIX things in the shelter like the map, gas mask, flashlight, radio, rifle. all the things u've needed lol

What i'm getting from your gameplay is that : Ted is the worst #BlameMaryJane Timmy is MVP Dolores is the last woman standing and the one holding this family together despite Ted's best effort at tearing them apart.

Two tips: 1. You should ALWAYS get the suitcase, because not only does it let you take extra stuff on expeditions, but it gives you an extra item. So its 2 for the price of 1 when you grab it. 2. For expeditions, there is actually a strategic element to what you take, because certain items give you a chance to come back with other specific things (so, for example, if you need a rifle, you could take an item that has a chance to trigger an event that makes you come back with a rifle). Other items don't give you anything specific when you take them along, but they raise your chance of returning alive if your character isn't in great shape (the boy scout book is like this, so if your character is fine, it is better to keep it in the shelter to use there). I won't tell you what does what, so you can figure it out or look it up yourself if you want.

Helpful tips for the game: 1. Get Mutant Mary Jane if possible! (Yes, she can become a mutant. I'll let you figure out how.) Just, uh.... if you get her, make sure to feed her...... 2. Pancake is best boy 3. Dolores is the best character (imo) for late game because she goes insane the slowest. In fact the only times I've seen her go insane are if you don't talk to her or Ted's corpse is in the bunker (she also does go insane if you're going for a specific route and choose her for an option) 4. Timmy is the MVP!!!! 5. Family can be fed every 7-10 days and watered every 5 days. Do NOT forget to give them water for more than 5 days or they'll die. I've lost runs like that... 6. Ted sucks. Only thing he's good for is the bunker run phase at the start because if you choose to play as Dolores, Ted takes up 3 item slots while Dolores takes 2 7. Boy Scout Book is the best item in game that can't be used for defending the bunker because it allows you to repair certain items! 8. You can only scavenge a set number of times before Raiders find your bunker. Always check for a message after expeditions. If it says "We think we were followed," it means the Raiders now know your location. 9. Best of luck! RNG is the biggest challenge to overcome.

I dont want to spoil it, with roaches, you have to keep Mary Jane to see the point of roaches army after many events. Happened to me once and it was worth it. 47:25, the downside is making everyone sick tho and it is very risky, I recommend doing that just for experiments. 51:10

Hey hey Insym! You can feed the family every 2 to 3 days. They don't need much food. The family also doesn't need water for a few days in the beginning. This can help you get to day 20 or so with everyone still living. And if you get any situations with mutant bugs in your bunker, use the boys count book or nothing and let Mary Jane do it. There's a surprise! Loving these 60 second videos!

You can actually wait 4/5 days with first water and 8/10 days with first food. but I usually just check if they are dehydrated or starving.

Useful tips and no spoilers: You should give them food and water every five days because that’s the best time to feed them. How to get pancake the dog, you do same what you did in the second video except for when you used the rifle instead you use map or the axe the map give you two cans of soup and axe gives you four water bottles and a rifle if you have the scout handbook and after that in future he will comeback damage and you have to give him a med kit and he will enter your bunker if you not have the cat and the dog can scavenge for you and give you useful stuff some times and he is also another protection for bandit only one time. God luck on your next adventure and hope you win and I also hope you use this tips in your next adventure.

This game reminds me of This War is Mine, you should try it out. Instead of a nuke it’s a war🤯. And there’s gameplay/combat/stealth, for the expedition, meanwhile at home you could get raided if no one is guarding. Literally same game as 60 seconds, but more gameplay.👍

I read somewhere that if a family member gets taken by bandits, you can send out the other parent with the shotgun and there is a chance they will bring back the kidnapped person. It's worth trying out (if you have a shotgun). I wonder if the axe can be used as well.

Ayt here's what I have learned so far after playing more and more: 1. Fatigue isn't permanent, it's similar to tired. (at least that's what I went through) 2. Tired can be quickly restored by giving food/water as soon as they need it. (Again, that's what I went through) 3. The bug spray is very helpful in expedition, there's a chance you come across insects and with the spray you wil get plenty of food. 3. There's 2 events about "doctors", one is real the other is fake. The real doctors will be narrated "Halloween" (Ya, cant remember the full text lol) 4. You can get "pet" other than the cat, which is the dog. I'm not sure the dog has ending tho. To get the dog, you need to go through certain events with the correct stuff for each event to get it. 1st is flashlight, 2nd is food, 3rd is map, and finally med kit (at least that's what I went through). Sadly, right after i got it, i got the cat, which scared the dog to run away. 5. There's 6 endings i got so far: military, twins, cat, mad scientist, bandit, perished. The best endings, good ending if you will, are the military and twins, which clearly says "You Survived". Still, I couldn't keep everyone alive, best I could do was keeping everyone but timmy. It was such a bullsh*t tbh, or bad luck. I sent him to an expedition in good condition equipped with gas mask, yet he died. Edit: not sure if fatigue is permanent or not, but there was one gameplay of mine in which the family got fatigue but then restored. Idk how i got rid of the fatigue either tho. ANYWAY I SUCCEEDED IN KEEPING EVERYONE ALIVE!!!

OMG! I just played the game again just to satisfy my curiosity and I DID IT!! I SAVED THEM ALL, and everyone was safe and sound. About the fatigue tho, I'm still not sure what does it even mean? It doesn't seem to give you any bad effect nor good.

Getting kind of soft-locked with BOTH endings needing a map was pretty brutal! I’d always keep the scout book inside the camp. It can fix items and is reusable!

She can become a mutant if she is bitten by a mutant spider. This can be done by doing nothing about them, using the boy scout book on them, or if a puddle of green goo isn't cleaned with a Boy Scout Handbook, Suitcase, or Gas Mask. These two events are incredibly important because they make MJ the most broken thing on the planet because she doesn't get tired (meaning she can be sent back out immediately) or sick or fatigued or EVEN THIRSTY just make sure you keep her fed and she'll keep bringing in the supplies Edit: forgot about insanity and injury

Marry Jane is more useful than you think. If a rare event happens she will mutate into a purple monster and will not need to be fead. I also think she can defend the shelter from bandits

Do items (outside of gas mask) do anything on expeditions or is it just placebo effect? I've never found them having any impact on events or loot.

Suitcase lets you carry more items, map does do something but I don't remember what, might make expeditions shorter? Rest of the items don't seem to do anything beneficial.

@@registeredpyromaniac If items don't do anything bringing more is pointless so by extension suitcase would be useless. Doing more of nothing is still nothing. Gas mask is for sickness but once radiation clears out it's useless too. if map does sth (which i remember ppl years ago saying marking X does nothing) then it's still 1 item, no need for the suitcase.

According to the wiki there are certain items that if you take them along you are given a chance to trigger events to get certain things (for instance if I recall correctly taking the radio has a chance for events for +3 water, a rifle, or a medkit.)
