What are the 7pts Singleton rules?
Singleton means you can only play with one copy of each card with the exception of basic lands. It is also an old school magic the gathering format, meaning that you can only play with cards printed in 93/94 or with re-prints from that era with the same art. 7pts Singleton allows proxies. Indeed, the online tournaments are proxy friendly, hence I play with many proxies in my deck (if you look good you can see the word PROXY near the set symbol). I use many proxies as I normally use the legal cards for my ODOL and Xpt decks which do not allow proxies and it reduces the moving around of cards in decks if you are playing multiple online tournaments at the same time.

Yes. He did have enough mana open to Drain Life the Bog Wraith. Idk why he didn't make that play... He could have also Drain Life to the face to go to 6 and bring his opponent to 2. It looked like Dreams could close it out after that...that was another possible line of play.🤔

Why couldn't the royal assassin respond to the orchish artillery and kill it?

That was a mistake. The royal can respond to the artillery. The artillery is tapping as a cost and the damage goes on the stack.
