I just knew they were making it up!! The first trailer made it seem like at one point they were gonna fight Scar. But then I realized: “Bro, they just like telling stories” so I immediately knew this scene just had to be made up from their own imagination. How on earth could they even take him on? There’s no way. They would have been eaten on the spot, right then and there.

Nice attitude. From what I've seen, they've at least taken fan criticisms and made the animal characters more expressive so there's _more_ than blank stares throughout, and with some _decent_ songs and a new story to boot, I'm pretty sure that this "slop" will be twice as good as TLK from 2019. Still not anywhere near The Lion King of '94, but a serviceable film, most likely.

Everyone loves Timon and Pumba, but to me they're kinda overrated. And also overpowered. I don't like the 'Mr Pig' scene from original movie. I never cried on Mufasa's death, however 'Mr Pig' scene is heartbreaking for me, when I eventually understood how hyenas suffer in TLK. I also don't like Timon and Pumba show and wish there was an animated show of childhoods of Simba and Nala with the same vibes as Can't Wait To Be King part from 1994 movie. But that's just my opinion.
