Strokes are haunting, so glad that he's doing well! Mid brain is where mine hit. Fully recovered eventually so I'm super lucky, but man it still changes you.

Love how he's getting better. Also love how a lot of his roles now integrate his stroke into their story. Super awesome story.I think he's going to be an awesome Hephaestus in the Percy Jackson show

I"m glad he's doing well. I experienced a very similar stroke two years ago, while at a gym. It's so weird this sort of thing happens to otherwise perfectly healthy people. It's good that he's getting back to the work he loves.

You could tell Timothy was ripped from how he appeared on Psych. Glad he's doing better and can take more rolls in acting.

So life lesson here don’t let your ego get the best of you.. Sometimes its best to know your limits and know when to say when. Still makes me sad..is there any chance of a full 100% recovery?

I think yes, but it will take time. He's doing great though !!

shoot, i do deadlifts all the time. and once or twice have gotten light headed. maybe i shouldnt be hitting it hard

The risk to reward ratio on deadlifts is pretty nasty. I've heard it said from people who lift more than me that you might wanna consider dropping that excercise entirely if you're not a professional lifter or something.

I deadlift religiously. Take arnica sincera and aloe. But yes. Be careful and visit your doc

This is a late reply, I know, but I've been looking at these old interviews of Timothy since his initial stroke. I felt like I watched the news in real-time with all the updates he made on social media when it first happened and it was hard to reflect back on it. But I was in a dark place mentally in the last month or so... and someone led me to his Larry King interview last week - plus Netflix finally decided to add the Psych series to the Australian line-up so I no longer had to pirate it from US uploaders. Lol. I'll say the same thing I said here to others recently - your *life* should always come first before your hope to be "buff". Or however you see it. If you're doing things like this, and something isn't feeling right, or good.... STOP. Your life is worth more than the risk. I know there's the age-old idea of "don't settle for complacency, because it doesn't bring results" or anything similar, but it's not worth risking your life. If you haven't yet; please see a doctor. And please get more than just one opinion on whether an exercise or activity is right and *safe* for you. If this is the alarm that you needed to hear, that you suddenly thought "wait...I've been doing this and I've had a reaction that wasn't pleasant", that's a good enough reason. Please, don't take the risk. It is better to be safe than sorry.
