Sweet looking place. It needs a big Guest Coat Closet. With a place like that I'm sure you'd have many guest over. I'm thinking that Sitting Room could have a huge Closet put on the blank wall, which would take up where that reading nook is. On the Great Room side you could still have built in Library shelves. All the Washers and Dryers should be switched to the latest all in one Washer/Dryer units. Out back I'd want a 27M lap pool, have it covered for year around usage. Love the Garages. That one for a Motorhome I'd use as my service area. It is deep enough you could put a hoist further in it yet still have room to park a vehicle behind it. A spot for an Elevator would have to be figured out.

Must be a regional thing. Lots of people here in Utah have them, it's much safer than an above ground one. And not just for when it gets super windy. You can't fall off them.

This by far beats most homes we see on these luxury home/mansion channels that cost 10 and 20 times this or even more.. The floorplan is great and well thought out. Choice of materials is excellent and very balanced, just the right amount of wood and marble, which is really rare in luxury homes where often it seems the philosophy is more is more. Design and color theme are beautiful, natural colors are so pleasing to the eye and still good variations in themes throughout. Finishes looks perfect. And the mountain view..omg. Extremely tastefull. Kudos to the designers, very well done indeed! I have watched probably more than 200 videos of big and expensive houses, with many with a price on the wrong side of 50 or 100 million but this right here is my new favorite. Now I need to find 3 mio and move to USA :)

The backyard is awesome. I would have a pickleball court. Not really into volleyball or badmitton. The house is awesome. I would use the RV garage as a workshop/man space. Add some dividers from the rest of the garage.
