How do you make your suns glow so well in your paintings? Would you think about doing a video showing that? when you have time.

Hi Jillian... its just a matter of very carefully gradating the colours from light and warm to darker and cooler

I really like following your train of thought .. it's very different from what I've been seeing .. The way you do things, is that a reason why you don't do watercolour??

+jayoyster Hi Jay, I used to paint a lot in watercolour and in fact that is where I learned to paint with negative shapes... As my work evolved I just became more drawn to painting in oils and in particular painting very large which is not that conducive to watercolour due to the need for framing. Cheers tim
