How much uptime do we need with our Synaptron nodes to be viable for rewards?

I have a collector node and got it up finally late August. Got paid for August month. Then October it ran all month on node orbitz still have not been paid for this month. They stated there was a known issue but it still has not been resolved. Be careful here for the price you are paying. Worried I won't get the $600 back for my collector node I got.
