Been seeing a lot of reviews on the pro model which does look like a very capable system to be sure, but I'm not sure that it's worth the cost (both upfront and power usage) as an actual NAS which let's be real I'd be running storage, jellyfin and maybe like home assistant on. This looks way more interesting to me and actually does feel like a better deal than the competition. Maybe slap an intel arc gpu in there which is like 100 bucks and you've got a hell of a media server on your hands for a total cost that would set you back probably double if you're going with like qnap or synology or something.

Had the same thing happen to me in 2021, same response. It's been a problem for some time and obviously never addressed. While i think Flux is an interesting project I've washed my hands of it after losing 5000 Flux.

I had the same thing happen to me on 10/24 and my funds are in that same wallet you posted. They unstaked my 4 flux nodes that were using dfa and then sent off my 4k flux. Even worse for me, I had heard that there may have been an issue with the Kaspa web wallet so I had moved over my 35k KAS over to sit in my Zelcore while I tested out my Ledger. They made off with all of that too before I could get the KAS moved over. My Zelcore was installed on its own dedicated VM on an ESXi host and sat on a segregated subnet with nothing else able to talk to it and was only used to interact with Zelcore. I was greeted with the same automated message in the Flux discord. It would be better if they at least showed some compassion. I just lost a lot of what I had spent the bear market saving up. I'm not sure what else could have been done besides just not running nodes and keeping the flux in a different wallet.

So please spread the following points to protect as many Zelcore users as possible. - Don't create a Zelcore username used anywhere, especially Discord or Email; the username should be long. - The password should not be used anywhere else and must be longer than 14 digits. - The pin (D2Fa) should be more than 10 digits and regularly changed. - Preferred to use a seed phrase typed using a virtual keyboard and stored offline.

to break into your zel wallet they would need to have access to your hardware. your passwords not stored on any external server its only stored on your system and it uses your unique user created password to create your private key afaik. there could be a virus or something going around thats targeting flux wallets somehow but i dont think its an inherent problem with zelcore. if it was a zelcore issue a LOT more people would be missing coins. theres something people are doing or not doing thats making their zelcore wallets vulnerable otherwise everyone would be getting attacked.

same thing happened to me years ago. all you need is a a user name and password to get into zelcore so it can easily brute forced. its honestly safer to let your flux sit on trade ogre.
