I agree with you Mark White, Tim is fantastic! He has built his channel into something to be proud of, with all the things that you mentioned. The only thing that I feel could be done to improve the job would be to trim the bushes, shrubs & small trees. Just some food for thought.

Two million points for workmanship and results! My one and only problem is that the estate agent should have been doing this regularly until there is a tenant. We sacked our rental agent and went back to managing our investment property so things get fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I love that a small business can afford to do free jobs when the big companies would never entertain the idea. I know there is an income from YT and good on you for the work and the price.

I understand where you are coming from but it’s tough to get to the point where you hire an employee based on revenue you “might” make through videos. On your own, If the video doesn’t do well you’re losing your time. Once you hire someone, it’s costing you money to do these jobs.
