Definitely a good lawn job and Greg is a great asset to have so the work goes faster! You really should consider having someone haul away trash on a regular basis since so many of the properties end up having a big pile of junk, etc that takes away from the appearance of all the good work you do. Many people don't even have a clue how or the wherewithal, or the funds to get rid of that kind of large bulky stuff on their own. Great work in any case.

Glad you found Greg - he's a big help to you. I know you can do it yourself as you've done in the past, but you get more done and quicker and you're not as tired.
