Update: Jev managed to snag and extract with the M13, and you can see a short clip of it in halfway through one of his more recent videos (think it was “They changed Modern Warfare 2 and I don’t know what’s happening). This was BEFORE The Chemist buff, so he was able to do it with a vehicle with no problem.

Not really, a vehicle is a very useful thing to have it makes sense you need to fight for it. If Jev brought in literally just a pistol it wouldn't be difficult the AI surrounding the vehicles aren't that tough and you can pick up their guns.

@@tjboylan20 most snipers do more damage to the chest to the ai in DMZ for whatever reason they made the helmets block damage entirely when broken but the chest armor only reduces it, my friend runs an xmr and one shot chest shots the heavy armored guys all the time

@@Stevennn- yeah that’s what I noticed too, but it’s so backwards. “Modern Warfare” they try to be more realistic but there’s no helmets rated to stop rifle rounds. It should be a 1 shot head shot on anything except pistols. The larger rifle rounds can be stopped 1 round so they should also on a second or a burst of rounds should kill.

@@ampolcyn1y best tip is to do a quick run before and get a gas mask and a 2 or 3 plate vest. Then equip a sniper with a silencer and hope for the chemist to spawn by the downtown/city part of the map. Then snipe everyone from inside one of the houses on the hill just outside of the gas. Then get the gun and wait inside a house until the last minute or extra time to go to exfil since most people have left by then. Thats how i did it anyways.

Man this is funny. Best thing, my buddies and I had already acquired the M13, and one day after that we were just playing DMZ for a weapon cache. Hopped through the window of a random building while looting about 10 minutes into the game, the M13 was just sitting on the ground were someone had it, died, and nobody picked it up 🤣. EDIT: M13 BEST GUN IN THE GAME!!!

I got it after three tries with two buddies. We took our time and loaded up with weapons and a self res. But Jev is right m13b is not a good weapon. I have it maxed out and have tried almost every variant but the damage profile just isn’t there they nerfed it way too much. The lochman had better range and a higher damage profile. Also the hurricane can me built as a smg assult rifle hybrid

That shit took me at least 30 different solo attempts to get. I did the same as jev and just quit several times. But when I did get it, I had to get sweaty. I basically took it from people who were there trying to get it as well. I jumped out of my vehicle, threw smoke out in the middle, and went up shot the chemist all while I saw several players in the smoke. Grabbed that shit ran to my vehicle, and took off to exfil, and all I heard was enemy uav enemy uav. I did have several Ai battles along the way. When I did finally get in the chopper, several grenades and semtex kept going off and multiple precision airstrikes, but I was finally in the air and got it out.

Literally took us one decent try. Just do a few missions, loot up (gas masks, armor satchel and a decent range gun). Go there, first observe, shoot a few bots so they scatter, kill him outside the circle, go in and take the loot. Did it in duo, but alone should be doable. But not like that. you can also get any other gun in dmz by just exfilling with it, i was trying to unlock the m16 so i could get the noob tube and went into dmz to grind the m4 to get the 555 icarus and i happened to kill an ai with an m16 so i picked it up thinking ima lvl this up and bring it back as contraband so i can keep leveling it up. i go to exfil and i unlocked the m16. so i think you can get any gun you want an just exfil with it. you can prob even do it with the battle pass guns so you dont have to get them.

I got lucky when I got the M13, played with my cousin and when we went to kill the chemist we saw too many squads and we didn’t want to deal with it, we went to an exfil and called a helicopter and a squad was driving towards us, we took them out and 1 of the players had their own build of the M13 and I took it to see if it would unlock it for me and it did. So if you don’t need to have the chemist’s M13 to get it unlocked, you just have to exfil with an M13 of any kind
