Kilo has always been good inside 80m. When they nerfed it they added a third damage range. They didn’t change its close/medium damage

It's more 85 meters with the meta build and it's only gone from an 11 shot kill to 14 beyond so 3 rounds isn't that bad if you're accurate. I can still eliminate people pretty quick in the 100m + range. It does feel like it's hitting harder right now though, I've gone back to it.

For all my MW 2019 OGs... We know the Kilo was second only to the M4A1. The ram, grau, amax we're all good guns to add but the OG assault rifles were always dominated by the M4... And my baby the Kilo

It just doesn't beam at long range, that's the only thing that was nerfed on it which is why people stopped using it. Even then though it's still viable at range it just has a higher TTK than several other rifles.

I still think the old weapons are still very much viable. At first when I heard that the Vanguard weapons could equip all 10 attachment slots I thought they would be massively OP but if you look at the TTK and how much recoil and flinch some new weapons have they aren't really that great IMHO.
