These guys are close to Rwanda in an area that I am sure has seen a lot of problems. People like Joseph Kony and his Lord's Resistance Army may have disappeared (Hallelujah), but I am sure they has been replaced by other war lords who stalk regions looking for victims. I wonder how the local security situation is? Admittedly Alphamin has dealt with any regional issues so far, but TIA.
