Chile, not even Beyonce can touch this woman. No gimmicks, no tricks, per talent

Personally I prefer Tina much better than Beyonce. Tina seems to be spontaneous and very natural while Beyonce seems to be controlled. Both are very energetic but just Tina is more genuine.

My parents came from the cotton fields of Mississippi. They saw Ike&Turner perform . I saw Tina during the MTV years. I was floored. I never saw a black woman who rocked like that!😲Tina brought that Southern Blues flare to Rock in her own way. I've idolized her since then. Same age as my mom. Same background. Love You Tina!😘

Just to add to my experience of seeing her live back in Melbourne in 97 we also got to see her perform with her amazing saxophonist Timmy Cappello. What a talented guy and a big unit too! Amazingly he also was in the 80s cult classic movie The Lost Boys as well which also starred a young Keifer Sutherland, Corey Haim and also Corey Feldman aka Mouth from another all time great 80s movie called The Goonies. Talk about 80s nostalgia overload haha :D

The first time I saw Tina live was in 1985 on her private dancer tour . It was just incredible and she sounded fantastic . You should check out her private dancer tour on KZbin which features Bryan Adam's and David Bowie it only goes for about 50 minutes but the concert went longer. Best female performer ever she just rocks and generates excitement.

I saw Tina Turner live during The Private Dancer Tour 1985 @ Oakland Coliseum Arena. It was a good show. It was just Tina and the band, no dancers because she didn't need them. Tina rocked. Tina was wild and all over the stage, even during the slow songs.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been to hundreds of concerts in my life but, seeing Tina live is up there as one of the best! Took my mom to see her, so every time I see her or hear her sing it reminds me of my mom. Always puts a smile on my face. She was one of our favs that my mom always played when I was a teen. She has sooo many good songs... Right now people can go to the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame website and vote for her to be inducted into it for her solo career. Btw, the Lady dancer with the short hair on her right was with her for over 15yrs. And yes she was around 60 at this time and still just killing it!!! Also, this whole concert is 🔥goosebumps!!! Oh, and one more thing, this is a CCR song that Tina took and punched it in the throat and made it her own💯 😁👍

So glad I got to see her perform in Melbourne in 1997, the show was awesome! Another fine reaction Empress! Would love to hear you react to some more Tina tracks like We Don't Need Another Hero, One of The Living, Private Dancer, What You Get is What You See and Typical Male. I've loved Tina Turner forever. I saw her in concert at the now demolished McNichols Sports Arena for her "Break Every Rules" tour. I had bought two tickets and I won two tickets for answering a trivia question. I remember the answer to the question was, Let's Stay Together, and everyone calling in kept answering, What's Love Got To Do With It. I was just talking about this concert with one of my cousins who went with me. Look for her performance of Land Of A Thousand Dances, particularly the version she performs with Ike on The Smothers Brothers Show. She has a dress on that just gets a shimmying and a shaking right along with her. It's a song she seems to have performed throughout her career.

Let's get a little love for John Fogerty,who wrote this song.Checkout John and Creedance Clearwater Revival's original version of the song.It's not too shabby either.
@EmpressReacts3 жыл бұрын
Didn't know this was a remake‼
@resin3100my3 жыл бұрын
@@EmpressReacts Yes.John Fogarty of Creedance Clearwater Revival wrote this as he did almost every song they recorded.They did a few covers,but John wrote most.It turned out to be a messed up situation for John.He started the band,named the band,wrote most of their songs,sang lead and played lead guitar.Nothing against the other members,but basically,they were John Fogarty's band.This was at a time when artists weren't as business savvy as they later became,so he got conned by their recorded company into signing all of the rights to the name of the band and all of their music over to the record company.Then they broke up and John,who wrote all of their songs,couldn't sing any of the songs he had written when he did performances.The band could go on without him,find a new singer and they could still play all the hits that John wrote.And since Tina had gotten the rights to Proud Mary,she could continue performing it and a band that after awhile didn't have a single original member could call themselves Creedance Clearwater Revival,but the man who wrote them couldn't legally perform them.I think after something like 10 years or some lengthy period of time,the companies rights expired and he could go to court and stop this other band from using the name and he could finally perform the music that he wrote in concert.That would suck having a band of people that you don't even know,touring as the band you started and singing the songs that you wrote and other people,like Tina,who had gotten the rights to do Proud Mary,still go on playing your songs and legally,you can't.
