Easy dress to skirt hack: wear a loose top over it. Tada! Depends on the dress shape and top shape but especially in the colder seasons it's easy to find a pleasing combo in any wardrobe

Yes, this exactly. I have some short sleeve/sleeveless dresses that are super cute, and in cold weather I wear them with a long sleeve top or a pullover sweater and they look fab that way. Sometimes I'll wear a sleeveless dress over a long sleeve button up with a collar, and that looks cool too.
