When I got it in S.Korea, it cost me about $1000 US and it was for 2 months treatment. I went there weekly so each time cost me about $100 I guess. However, if get some serious laser treatments or go further more other than just skin care, it would've cost more. I saw many young generations getting basic skin care regularly. Westerners think it's a plastic surgery but it's just a skin care just like most Western celebrities get. In Korea, it's just much more affordable for normal people

As someone with acne I'm scared of what they'll say about my face😭 likes just give me the facial and I'll pay and immediately leave💀

I have acne too and EVERY aesthetic clinic I go to will comment on my acne and how bad it is. It’s okay to mention a sentence or two. But they will go on for a long time, trying to get u to sign up for their package or to get the higher end treatment. I have been to an established clinic to get a laser + facial, and the nurse called out to other nurses “wow come and see, it’s so bad how are u even okay with this?” So 3 of them went on and on and on throughout my whole 1 hour facial. I felt like I paid money to get punished and humiliated.

@@happyleaf9635 omg I hate it when they do that 😭 like Jesus I get it cuz I see my face like 24/7 and I remember when I was around 11 years old I went to a dermatologist and I thought my acne was terrible by the way they were talking about it and now that I look back I literally only had 1 pimple or 2 once a month 💀 I was stressing over nothing

Happy Leaf Omg you poor thing, that sounded like a horrible experience! I went for a consult and the aesthetician asked me what my skin concerns were, I replied with regards to my acne & scarring and she was like “I hoped you’d say that” and took my admission of disliking my skin as consent to basically rip me a new one! 😫 I blurted out “gosh, I didn’t realise people thought it was *so bad*” and she caught herself and backed up a bit but tried to get me to sign on for a treatment package for something I wasn’t there for (and I know would not help my skin because of my type of acne) like it would make everything better?? Talk about hard sell! Never went in for a treatment but left with zero self esteem for a long while. Some people who work at skin clinics can be horrid!

@@BethGreenwood Then what do people do when they remove hair from various parts of the body? That must be more awkward and insulting. I'm so scared!!!

How much would something like this cost in South Korea? Curious as a beautician in Finland.
@AlexBsSecret4 жыл бұрын
including for all the steps/testing/translator service/aftercare/the complete package around 1000$ at least (900€), the aqua peel and ultrasound is the most expensive here. But there are a lot more procedures, they tell you which package is the best for after testing you. If the girl had acne, they would have used other treatments/machines, etc. But clients need to do this regularly, so the effect is long lasting. The girl should probably do this every 2-months and over time when her skin gets really good, she can go less, like only every half year. There are cheaper clinics and you can do very basic treatments which don't cost much starting with 50$ (40€). And there are high-end luxury clinics where packages can cost several thousands. It depends on your budget and what type of skin you have, what kind of treatments you need. People with very bad skin/skin problems probably need to do this more often and for a longer period of time. South Korea also has some of the most high-tech machines in the world, and they develop new machines and techniques very fast.

Seeing those kind of videos makes me so jealous of all the skin care heaveness in Korea! Is it expensive to do a facial like this?
@happyleaf96354 жыл бұрын
Cockie It is usually very expensive at “first-world countries”. However facial and aesthetic treatments (including fillers, botox) are VERY CHEAP in Korea. High demand and also high supply. Aesthetic clinics are everywhere.

Hey Tina! I was wondering if you could make a video highlighting some beauty products that are must-haves for your skin care and/or have done wonders for you? Or even a video of skin products you wish you found sooner? As a young college student it’s hard to decide sometimes which products are actually worth my money, but I still wanna be proactive about my skin. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work! Love ya! 💖☺️😍
