Honestly it’s all mind over matter with working out. Once you keep doing it often everyday for at least 30mins you get the habit of working out. It for sure does get hard some days, but sometimes you gotta push through the hard part to get results. You can do this Tina!

I love how you also showed that you struggled working out. A lot of youtube personalities uploading their workouts esp in my country are just too perfect and too unrealistic that it's not encouraging anymore

You had me at half naked kprean guy for a workout. However I do suggest wearing runners when working out for foot support coz if you land too hard or incorrectly it will seriously damaged your ankle plus it will put less pressure on your toes as well.

the first week of exercising is gonna be so challenging and tiring especially when you've not been active for quite a while and that's okay! you can always start with low impact first. once you keep going, your body will get used to it and you'll have the stamina to increase the intensity! i'm working hard to lose weight too and to all you peeps out there, don't give up

I think this is such a relatable video for so many people, especially for me! That journey to be healthy has always been so up and down for me ever since I can remember, and it really is such a struggle to be consistent long-term. I have been working out pretty consistently for about 3 months now, and I’m feeling pretty good about myself at the moment. However, I have to remember to be gentle with myself and listen to my body. Some days are harder than others to make good choices, and I can still love myself even if I choose to not workout and eat fast food. I think that learning to have a forgiving mentality has helped me come a long way in helping me be more consistent with my health. Because each new day is a new choice, I don’t allow guilt or shame to cloud my judgement, and it becomes more about choosing to love myself by doing the best I can do for that day. Sometimes that means eating pizza and ice cream and other times it means I choose to eat fruit and veggies. Whatever I do though, I remember that we are all on our own journey and it doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s as long as we are making progress. (Sorry long comment)

Don't worry Tina! Hardest part is getting started.. Once you get into it and really into it you won't be able to stop! It becomes a routine and a new normal.. Glad you and hubby are supporting each other because if one person does and the other doesn't it's really hard to get motivated. Good luck. Love you!!!!!

I started out just like you, struggling with posture within 10 minutes videos and now I'm at a point where I can't wait to finish my 9h-17h just to get to that workout. It's only been a month, and I won't lie, even yesterday I was highly unmotivated, but i'm trying to keep in mind that, it's the long-haul progress that counts. It's okay to take a break or rest, it's okay to do less & struggle, so long as I'm not giving up ! Hope that you keep it up too ! Loving your vlogs so much ♥

Congrats on your first week. 15 minutes a day of Exercise is great combined with your healthy eating, this way you make it a life change strategy that you will be surprised you can stick to. Going full on crazy hours working out and starving yourself is not a way most of us can stick to long term, small steps you are taking are fabulous and so much healthier, good for you on your first week.

I got an apple watch at the end of last year and it’s been one of the biggest motivations to workout for 30min + every day. Seeing the goals gave me motivation, because I wouldn’t do it otherwise 😅 It’s also so easy to slip into bad eating habits, I loved seeing what you were making for dinner!

I have a 10 minute rule that I use whenever l feel lazy to exercise, it consists on doing 10 minutes of low intensity workouts (mostly warm up), normally those 10 minutes is al your body needs to change the mood and get active but if after those minutes I'm still lazy then that's my body asking me to rest and I listen to it cuz knowing when to rest is part of a healthy lifestyle. I hope you get into the routine soon and remember small steps takes us to big and lasting results! Ps. Allblanc boys are my eye candy too, but I also recommend you this channel called madfit, she has all kind of workouts which are easy to follow 😉

Just remember working out especially as a beginner can cause some inflammation as your muscles become stronger and the process retains some water so it's not unusual to see weight gain after starting a workout program and that just means your body is healing and strengthening! So inspiring seeing you get started, I was on it for months but then I got a serious case of burnout and stopped and now I'm having to start all over again in small steps too

Good for you, Tina! Getting started is so hard! I just try for 10-20 minutes a day, and it helps keep you on track. It's always easy to get a few minutes in versus 30 to 60. I hope you can keep it up! :)

I’m on my 70 day of exercise and diet and I’ve lost 30 pounds. It’s crazy to me how much stuff I was putting in my body. Also the first two weeks of exercise and diet were the hardest for me I was dyinggggg. But now it’s easier 😇 you are doing so good !

@@Smittenhamster I’m just counting my calories. And just doing a Zumba dance workout for 30 minutes. My issue was liquid calories (aka alcohol)

@@m00n_d0ll Counting calories is really the only method that helps me as well when I need to lose weight. I am not very good at limiting my sweets, so having this boundary really helps. Anyhoo, good luck on the rest of your journey! 30lbs is really impressive and I bet you already feel so much better 😊

Your puppy biscuit so cute 🥰 My toddler is the same thing, every time I workout at home she always put herself in the middle of the yoga mat and does the same workout as well. She even say “Bye” to Chloe after a workout lol 😂

This is the most realistic workout I’ve seen 🤣. I think 10mins is the way to go starting off. Too many times being too ambitious with 30min workout and only last 1-2 days haha

7:06 I have a poodle she used to do that when she was younger, it means "this is mine", now she is 4 years old and doesn't do it anymore. Edit: Tips for working out 1) Eat breakfast after finish the routine, avoid eat before or you are going to gain weight and is not going to be muscles. 2) Have routine with warm-up first and stretching exercises at the end. This is very very important.

For the Allblanc workout, i find the walking workouts easier than the Tabata, though it is longer and not good if you are on a hurry.

Hi Tina since I’m in the same boat here’s a few things If it doesn’t bother use myplate! It’s an app that you can use to track your meals that lays out what is in each thing you put into your body. If working out gets rough you can break up 30 minutes of working out and doing something like HIIT for ten minutes 3x a day I know it sounds really crazy but it’s what I’ve been doing all week to go from the weight I am now to what I was when I was like 12 without overdoing your body.
